1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Packing Packers does not offer returns or exchanges for products purchased through our website.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or quantity selected by the customer
• Product no longer required
• Ordering the wrong product
• Colour or design preference
• Failure to check product dimensions before ordering
• Products that have been opened, used or assembled

We therefore recommend carefully reviewing the product description, dimensions, quantity and specifications before placing your order.

2. Customised Orders

All customised or personalised packaging orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

This includes packaging involving:

• Custom dimensions
• Custom printing
• Brand logos
• Custom colours
• Custom compartments or inserts
• Personalised designs
• Custom artwork
• Special packaging requirements

Once a customised order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for checking and approving all artwork, dimensions, quantities and specifications before production begins.

3. Damaged Products

Although we do not accept returns or exchanges, we understand that products may occasionally be damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged products
• Photographs of the outer packaging/shipping carton
• A video of the package/product, if available

Our team will review the claim and, where the damage is verified as having occurred during transit, determine the appropriate resolution.

Please do not discard the damaged products or packaging until the matter has been reviewed by our team.

4. Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive a product that is different from the product ordered, or if there is a shortage in your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs/videos and details of the discrepancy.

Once verified, Packing Packers will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Refunds

Since Packing Packers does not accept returns or exchanges, refunds are generally not available.

A refund may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as an order being cancelled by Packing Packers or another issue specifically approved by our team.

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method, wherever possible. Please allow 5–7 business days for an approved refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot normally be cancelled.

For customised orders, cancellation is not possible once production has commenced.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. Any cancellation request will be considered at the sole discretion of Packing Packers and will depend on whether processing or production has already begun.
