These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Packing Packers website and services.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are added to the final order amount and are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying the applicable shipping charges along with the product/order value.

6. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after Packing Packers has received the required payment or confirmation as applicable. Packing Packers reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Incomplete customer information
• Payment issues
• Inability to fulfil the requested quantity or specifications
• Any other circumstances that prevent successful fulfilment of the order

Customers may be contacted for confirmation or clarification before an order is processed.

7. Customised Orders

Packing Packers may offer customised packaging based on customer requirements, including:

• Custom dimensions
• Custom colours
• Custom designs
• Logos and branding
• Printed artwork
• Custom labels or other design elements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications and requirements before production begins. Once a customised order has been approved and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Customised products are made specifically according to the customer’s requirements and therefore cannot be resold as standard stock.

8. Customer-Supplied Artwork, Logos & Trademarks

If a customer provides artwork, logos, photographs, designs, trademarks, or other material for printing or customisation, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use that material.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the supplied material does not infringe any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other third-party rights.

Packing Packers shall not be responsible for disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork or intellectual property. We may refuse to reproduce any material that appears to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

9. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders may be subject to different pricing, production timelines, minimum quantities, or other terms depending on the product and requirements.

For bulk or customised orders:

• Final quantities must be confirmed before production.
• Production timelines may vary depending on quantity and customisation.
• Any applicable bulk pricing is based on the confirmed order quantity.
• Changes to quantity, design, size, or specifications after confirmation may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

Once production has commenced, bulk and customised orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

10. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Packing Packers does not provide returns or exchanges.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect quantity ordered
• Change in design or colour preference
• Ordering the wrong product
• No longer requiring the product
• Difference in colour perception due to screen/display settings
• Any other personal preference

Customers are requested to carefully check the product details, dimensions, quantity, specifications, and requirements before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, the customer must contact Packing Packers within 48 hours of delivery. The customer may be required to provide:

• Order number
• Photographs of the products
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• A video of the package/product, where available
• Details of the issue

Each case will be reviewed individually. If the issue is verified as an error attributable to Packing Packers or the shipping process, an appropriate resolution may be provided at the discretion of Packing Packers. This does not constitute a general return or exchange policy.

11. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may not be possible. If a cancellation request is made, Packing Packers may consider it depending on the status of the order. Once an order has entered production, processing, packing, or dispatch, it cannot normally be cancelled.

Customised & Bulk Orders

Customised and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

12. Refunds

Packing Packers generally does not provide refunds, as all sales are final.

In exceptional circumstances, where Packing Packers determines that a refund is appropriate, the refund amount and method will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping charges of 10% of the total order value are non-refundable. Any approved refund will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Packing Packers website, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Brand name
• Product photographs
• Graphics & Designs
• Text & Product descriptions
